Ten5 was founded by Susan Fall and Drew Ryder who together have more than 40 years of experience in the trucking industry and share a common vision to solve the challenge of the driver shortage by making driving a more appealing career.

Susan Fall has spent nearly three decades representing trucking industry technology vendors and fleets and helping promote the industry through her involvement in a wide variety of industry associations. Susan has been named a Top Woman to Watch in Transportation by Women In Trucking, a Woman of Empowerment by P.O.W.E.R. magazine and PR World’s PR Champion of the Year for her work in helping to improve the image of the professional truck driver.
