About Us
Why We Believe In Voice
We have a vision for a workplace where people communicate openly, respect each other as individuals, and feel valued. We believe this is best achieved with the human voice, not impersonal text-based messages. Voice can build trust and honesty in ways that text communications cannot.

We have chosen to focus on the trucking industry first, partly because our three founders have deep experience in this industry, but mostly because it has a large population of disconnected workers who will derive significant benefits from voice technology.
There are more than three million active truck drivers in the U.S. alone. They perform an essential service for the economy, delivering goods to thousands of locations every day, no matter the weather, road construction, or traffic delays. Without them, we would not enjoy the lifestyle we have.
But their long, lonely hours at the wheel largely go by unappreciated. And it has led to shockingly high driver turnover rates - over 90% annually at many long-haul trucking companies. We built our voice technology platform to help address this by establishing more open lines of communication between drivers and fleet managers.
At the same time, we are addressing the growing problem of distracted driving with the profusion of text-based apps on mobile devices in vehicles. By creating voice interfaces into these apps, we can significantly reduce driver distraction and both the severity and frequency of accidents.

People matter. Lives matter. It doesn't get more important than that.
